This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF (Area 7)' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Per our discussion with Polygon, a 42"x58" access door for the tall crawlspace of Lot 44 (Plan
8056B) was added in the tall exterior pony wall on the master bedroom/bath side of the home
(between the floor joists and the foundation). It's our understanding that the 4x8 header above the
opening bears on one trimmer stud (adjacent to two king studs) at each end. Based on our review
of the plans and the photograph provided by Polygon, this is an acceptable method of construction.
