Please note that we do not invoice or quote the final fee total until we have ensured all fees are correct. I understand that Tom has already quoted you fees over the phone; however,this is not our policy. This is a great example why we don't quote fees prior to our final approval because the balance due that he quoted for the site work permit was not correct. Once the conditions have been met and we have made your permit ready to issue,we can provide you with an invoice at this time. Regarding the site work permit fees,the majority of the fees were invoiced in error, and we received payment for them shortly thereafter. The current balance due is not$3,495.85, but will be $311.40. Since the majority of the fees have been paid already, I will make an exception to our policy and provide you with an invoice of the fees due prior to the permit being ready to issue.
