Resolution No. 18-48 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 18 --q 9 A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING LONNIE MARTINEZ AS A VOTING MEMBER,APPOINTING CARINE ARENDES, CARL FISHER, AND RUTH HARS14FIELD AS VOTING MEMBERS AND APPOINTING RICHARD KEAST AND HOLLY KOONTZ AS NON-VOTING ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF THE TIGARD TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS,The Tigard Transportation Advisory Committee is comprised of 11 voting positions,including at least eight citizen and at least two business representatives;and WHEREAS,as of December 31,2018 there are four voting citizen vacancies;and WHEREAS, the Mayor's Appointment Advisory Committee interviewed eight individuals on October 17, 2018 and October 29, 2018 and recommends reappointing Lonnie Martinez and appointing Carine Arendes, Carl Fisher, and Ruth Harshfield as voting citizen representatives, and appointing Richard Keast and Holly Koontz as non-voting alternate members; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: Lonnie Martinez is reappointed and Carine Arendes,Carl Fisher,and Ruth Harshfield are appointed as voting citizen representative members of the Tigard Transportation Advisory Committee with terms expiring December 31,2021. SECTION 2: Richard Keast and Holly Koontz are appointed as non-voting alternate members of the Transportation Advisory Committee with terms expiring December 31,2019.
