Richard, I understand from Engineering that things are coming together regarding the PFI permit but, since that
Condition of Approval is still "Not Met" I need to code your building permit, BUP2018-00231 as "Approved (for Plan
Review) but Not Released." Plan Review is proceeding but as far as issuance is concerned the permit will be on Hold
until the remaining Conditions have been met. That is the same status as the site permit, SIT2018-00019 is in already,
waiting for the same Conditions to be met. When they are, both permits will be released pending Plan Review approval.
