Our revised permit application is attached.
Although we would be happy to provide additional copies of plans should you require them, our plans have no revisions
since the time they were submitted for this original application. In that sense, another review of plans may not be
necessary.The revised value is based on actual contractor's bids for the mechanical portion of the project.

submitting this application on his behalf. We look forward to hearing from Tom on Monday,and do let us know if you

Hello Deepa,
We will need a new mechanical permit application completed showing the new project valuation so that we can reduce
the fees assessed for this permit. Please complete the attached form and email it back to us.
I have copied Tom Hochstatter on this email to see if he will require revised plans or other information regarding this
reduction of project valuation from $5,968,624 to$4,600,000. Tom will get back to you on Monday.
Once we have the revised application and Tom's decision regarding plans we can adjust the permit fees and provide a
new invoice for this permit.

As it turns out,the valuation for the mechanical permit we had stated on the form is obsolete,the TTSD and contractor
have asked us to have it corrected to$4.6 million to reflect the most recent bid amount.

What is the method by which we could apply this correction to this permit application? If you require any
documentation in regard to the valuation, we can have the contractor provide it.

The mechanical permit for the new systems at the Tigard High School is ready to issue and the balance due is
$238,509.41 (see attached invoice).
The fees can be paid when you pick up the permit Monday-Thursday,8:00 am to 4:00 pm.We are closed on Fridays.
