TYPE OF OBSERVATION:
Building 1 S bgrade
GeoPacific Engineer, Jim Imbrie on site to observe the subgrade on the completed excavation for Building 1.The
cement treated fill was very stiff and the native soils were medium stiff to stiff and are considered suitable for building
support to an allowable bearing pressure of 2,000 psf. The northwest corner had 2 inches of muck that needs to be
removed before the compacted gravel layer is placed.
