Regarding the model home revision that you submitted for the new deck and sales office,we will need to have the
second temporary use permit for the sales office approved before we accept an electrical permit and building permit for
the change to commercial use. Our planning department will likely have the temporary use permit ready by the middle
of next week. At this point you can submit the building and electrical permit applications. Since we already have the
plans that you submitted with the revisions and the approved site plan.you can just submit the permit applications
email to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or. ov. I will be on vacation next week, but my co-workers will be able to create
the permits and have you pay tie fees online. We will send you the link to pay the fees online at that time. I have
attached the applications above for you to complete next week. If you have any questions, please send an email to our
