I have attached a worksheet to guide you through the information that we will need in order to complete an estimate. Please attach this completed form to your email request. We are running about 2 weeks out right now on completing fee estimates. If you prefer, we can schedule a pre-submittal building permit review meeting to discuss your project. We are open Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for submittals. We are closed on Fridays. Please include any funds to be held for review work already completed on the CPA. o If there is a shortage, we can invoice the balance due after fees have been transferred. o If there is an overage, please indicate on the form to refund the balance on the request form. • The $66.00 fees paid for mailing and postage will not be refunded or transferred. Please note that I have asked Sam Copelan to correct all land use records on this project to include both addresses 10900 and 10930, and both parcels, 2S110AA02100 and 2S110AA02200, where applicable. The fee issue makes it quite challenging to write another large check while waiting on the refund. I am confirming with Matti on how he wants the refund handled. Who do I coordinate this with at the City? I have inquired to the landscape architect regarding the supplemental report but I believe they feel they have provided all of the required information in the drawings and the two tables submitted rather than preparing a separate written report. The landscape architect will confirm what is needed with you. We tried to organize the documents based on the order listed in the check list. Got your resubmittal. To change the application from PD to SDR you will need to submit a project value to determine the fee for the SDR.Then bring in a check to set up the case. 4 The PDR fees applied to your case cannot be transferred between cases but can be refunded, at your written request, including to whom the refund should be made out to and their mailing address. The application did not include the arborist Supplemental Report. Please submit the report. Khoi has a copy of the resubmittal for the Engineering completeness determination. How had you thought to collate and bind the application?
