The permit application for Kanios at 8060 SW Barnum St, MST2018-00223, was submitted on 8/8/2018 and plan review
was completed prior to your request to cancel the permit,therefore a minimum plan review fee of$70.91 is due on this
permit.
Please complete the attached request for permit action form and email it to TigardBuildingPermitsPtigard-or.gov to
request that we void the permit. Once we have the form,we will re-invoice the permit fees for just the$70.91 plan
review which can be paid online.
