Our work is not done. We have a responsibility to explain how you will be impacted by the 9.4 percent budget reductions, which became necessary after the proposed local option levy did not pass. In Tigard and other Oregon cities, a speed limit of 20 mph is set for school zones, some crosswalks, commercial areas and other locations where special caution is required. Under state law, the standard residential limit of 25 mph applies unless another speed is posted. Bull Mountain Road Scheduled to Reopen in August As part of a private development project, portions of Bull Mountain Road were widened to three lanes with bike lanes, sidewalks and a roundabout.
