This analysis has been performed in accordance with the Crown Castle Structural `Statement of Work' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 1201626, in accordance with order 444030, revision 0. The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the following load case, to be: LC7: Existing + Reserved + Proposed Equipment Sufficient Capacity Note:See Table 1 and Table 2 for the proposed and existing/reserved loading,respectively. This analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2014 Oregon Structural Specialty Code based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 120 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 93 mph per section 1609.3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G Standard per Exception #5 of Section 1609.1.1. Exposure Category C and Risk Category II were used in this analysis. All equipment proposed in this report shall be installed in accordance with the attached drawings for the determined available structural capacity to be effective. Monopole tower designed by Valmont in May of 1997. The tower was originally designed for a wind speed of 85 mph per TIA/EIA-222-E. This tower has been modified multiple times in the past to accommodate additional loading and those modifications are incorporated in this analysis. 2)ANALYSIS CRITERIA The structural analysis was performed for this tower in accordance with the requirements of TIA-222-G Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structures using a 3-second gust wind speed of 93 mph with no ice, 30 mph with 1 inch ice thickness and 60 mph under service loads, exposure category C with topographic category 1 and crest height of 0 feet. This analysis may be affected if any assumptions are not valid or have been made in error.
