An Executive Session is called under ORS 192.660(2)(e) to discuss real property transactions. All discussions are confidential and those
present may disclose nothing from the Session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend Executive Sessions, as provided by
ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No Executive Session may be held for the purpose of taking any final
action or making any final decision. Executive Sessions are closed to the public.

The CCDA was reactivated by Resolution 05-32 on May 10, 2005, and will meet occasionally to address issues related to urban
renewal. The CCDA, functioning as the city’s urban renewal agency, will work on an urban renewal plan designed to facilitate the
development and redevelopment of downtown Tigard and possibly other areas within the city.
