A 30 foot strip of land in the southeast one-quarter of Section 36, Township 1 South,
Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon,being a portion
of that property conveyed to Trailblazer Development LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company described in Bargain and Sale Deed recorded as Document No. 2017-037913
on May 12, 2017, Washington County Records, said tract being described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Trailblazer Development Property, said corner
being on the northerly right of way of SW Atlanta Street and marked with a 5/8" iron rod
with a yellow plastic cap marked "BENTHIN ENGR."; thence leaving said right of way,
along the west line of said Trailblazer Development Property,North 14°22'46" West
