Hello,
I have building permits BUP2018-00165 and BUP2018-00169 for demolition on hold due to an outstanding tree
protection fencing condition. Condition one states that "Prior to commencing any site work, the project arborist shall
perform a site inspection for tree protection measures, document compliance/non-compliance with the Urban Forestry
Plan, and send written verification with a signature of approval directly to the project planner within one week of the
site inspection."
Please send us a letter from the arborist once the tree protection fencing has been installed in accordance with the
urban forestry manual. I have also attached a copy of the condition report for your reference.
