Angela two things:
1. The drawings for both applications include sheets for the PFI work. The PFI is being reviewed separately but we
already have corrections on the PFI plans and the corrected versions need to be included in the BUP and SIT
plans. We can't approve these applications so long as they include elements such as the PFI plans that need
revision. Please submit revised drawing sets after you have received our PFI comments.
2. In order to calculate the Transportation Development Tax and Parks SDC for the new building I need to know the
number of students that the new building will serve and the number that the demo'ed buildings served, plus the
number of staff needed for each of the new and to be demo'ed buildings. Please give me these student and
staff numbers so that I can complete my calculations and forward the applications along.
Accordingly, I have classified both BUP2018-00030 and SIT2018-00001 as "Approved (for Plan Review) but Not
Released." Plan Review will proceed but the applications will otherwise be on Hold until the revised drawings are
submitted and the student and staff numbers have been provided.
