Angela, the site plan submitted with this application does not show the surrounding trees or any tree protection so I
have put the application on Hold pending receipt of a revised site plan. Further, condition#1 of the land use approval
for PDR2017-00002, calling for an arborist's site inspection and report that any required tree protection is in place has
not been met. Please submit a revised site plan, install any required tree protection, and have your arborist submit a
report to us to the effect that the tree protection is either not required or is in place.
