As per our conversation today regarding "Tin Tin Buffet," attached are two small
drawings indicating the following changes:
1. A 1000 gallon grease trap will be installed for all kitchen plumbing.
2. The water line is changed from 1" to 1.5 inches.

As per our conversation this morning regarding 'fin Tin Buffet," attached is a
copy of the revised drawing for said restaurant indicating the following changes:
1. Hand sink, prep sink, ice -maker and condense drain will connect to the
sanitary line.
2. Floor drain, plot sink, slop sink and any grease producing drain will
connect to grease lines to outside grease inicroeptor.
