The short holiday week last week was busy for us. Regard the suite for Rite Aid, I also noticed that the Internet has Suite "E" for Rite Aid. However, the permits for Rite Aid are all for Suite "D" and the permits for Great Clips are all for suite "E". Looking at the addresses in our GIS system, Suite "D" appears to belong to a larger tenant such as Rite Aid, and Suite "E" appears to be a suite for a smaller tenant like Great Clips. After reviewing the aerial shot that you provided for plan review, the RTU you are replacing likely belongs to Rite Aid. In this case, I am going to use Suite "D" since all other Rite Aid permits are listed at this suite. If you have any concerns about this, please let me know. Also, per my co-workers previous email, this permit is ready to issue. The balance due is $214.17. You can pay the fees online, or when you pick up the permit, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We are closed on Fridays. To pay the fees online, you can go to our website: https://aca.accela.com/tigard/. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number in the Record Number field, and click Search. Next, you will see the Payments section. Click on the arrow on the right of Payments to select Fees. You will then see a breakdown of the permit fees, and you can click on the Pay Fees link to complete the transaction. I am not sure since all the 1 !Ilt. research we have says that Rite Aid is E. Not sure how to prove otherwise unless we just want to leave the E off the application. Do you have any past permits at this building that could compare? Please advise.
