All inspections and tests were performed and reported according to the requirements of Project Documents and, to the best of our knowledge, the work was in conformance with the approved plans and specifications, approved change orders and applicable workmanship provisions of the State Building Code and Standards, as well as the structural engineer's design changes, approvals and verbal instructions. The development of a new lease space will not increase the impervious surface. The addition of some landscape areas will decrease the impervious area. No storm water quality or detention facilities are proposed for this area. The new downspouts will be connected to the existing 12" storm drain on the south side of the driveway adjacent to area "A" via existing storm drain connections. Area "B" is predominately covered with a gravel pad, impervious area, left this way anticipating future development. The change to a 1,406 square foot lease building and paved drive- through and parking will not increase the impervious area. Water quality and storm detention facilities are not proposed. The drive - through and parking areas will drain to an existing on -site catch basin 45' east of area 'B'.
