Site Information and Proposal Description The area invulved in the proposed lot line adjustment totals approximately 0.15 acre. The plan stated that the drip line area around the remaining trees wa^ to be left undisturbed. While talking with you on the 13th, I requested that this be done by the use of stakes and continuous ribbon. I I visited the site on August 6, 1987, and found that the trees had not '-,in (or no longer were) marked, heavy equipment (ie. bulldozers) has been under the trees, and materials such as pipe and earth are being stored adjacent to the trees. These areas must be returned to their original grade and condition by August V*'.. Stakes and continuous ribbon shall be a minimum of 15 feet from any, of the trees to be preserved. Any future violations will reb;lr in mandatory stop work order for the project. The two trees on either side of the western Durham Road driveway may not be removed unless you can provide documentation from an expert that these trees may not be saved or &re unsafe. Any removal of these or other existing tress will have to be approved by the City Council. All trees sbwon to be preserved shall remain and be protected unless revised site/landscaping plans are approved by the Planning Division and the Council. Finally, -justification for the removal of trees to accommodate Pad "C" must be accepted by the Planning Division prier to final approval of the building location.
