This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and .is based on
the 1991. editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those
sections of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and Uniform
Mechanical. Code (UMC) specifically referencing the fire
department, and other local ordinances and regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved subject to Tigard Building �
Department requirements and the following items:

1. The tenant space number must be prominently displayed
on the street front where it is readily visible to
drivers and officers of responding fire apparatus and
other emergency vehicles. UFC Sec. 10. 208
2 . Not less than one (1) approved fire extinguisher(s)
with a rating of not ' mss than (*) shall be provided
for each (**) square foot of floor area or fraction
thereof. The travel distance to an extinguisher from
any portion of the building, shall not exceed 75 feet.

The following changes in the tenant leaseh d at 10260 S.W.
Greenburg Rd. , Suite 201 , Two Lincoln South, LINCOLN CENTER,
Portland, Oregon, are proposed. These Contract Documents
have been reviewed and approved by Tenant and Management for
application for required permits.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS for this project are comprijed of one '
(1) each blueline, 18"x 24" print: FLOOR PLAN and REFLECTED
CEILING PLAN, dated 26 July, 1993, and a PROJECT MANUAL,
cover dated 27 October, 1993, that includes SPECIFICATIONS
and 8j"x 11" SHEETS, dated 2.2 and 25 October, 1993.
The SPECIFICATIONS and SHEETS specifically .reference exist-
ing tenant improvements, details, and materials that are to
be duplicated or matched for this project except as specif-
ically modified herein.
LOCATION OF THE WORK
1 . The proposed tenant revisions are to become part of the
general tenant leasehold located within approximately
3 , 864 square feet at the eigth floor of an existing
building located at 10260 S.W. Greenburg Rd. , Portland, y
OR 97223 . Construction type: II-N, sprinklered,

Errors and omissions in the plans and specifica-
tions shall be called to the attention of the '
Designer prior to construction so that an
addenda or change order, if necessary, may be
issued. Failure to do so on the part of the
Contractor does not relieve him of the responsi-
bility to provide a correct and finished product. _
(C. ) All workmanship and materials shall confcrm to the
latest adopted building code edition and to
conditions and specifications of all govern--'-ng
authorities.
(D. ) Application of materials by any Subcontractor to
surfaces existing or provided under this contract
shall imply acceptance and suitability of and to
existing conditions. Such Subcontractor shall be
held responsible for damage or irregularities to
his product as a result of previous conditions.

permits and fees, and all additional drawings and
specifications, if any , required for permits to be
