Dear Mr . Baker ;
The structural fill is complete on your lot 87 in Riverview
and I am enclosing the test results you will need in order
to pull a building permit . I have also included a sketch of
the fill area which shows we went 2-feet beyond the length
and width of your proposed house pad .
The fill was excavated down to good bearing soil and all bad
material was removed from the site. The entire fill was made
with crushed rock as the test reports indicate and you are
now able to construct a foundation directly on top of the fill .
During the removal of dirt , the adjoining lot owner expressed
an interest in some of the dirt for backfill around his foun-
dations . There is a large stockpile of dirt on the rear of
your lot which was left for this purpose as well as for your
own foundation . If you need to contact the other lot owner
his name is Gail Makin and can be reached at 781-6227 . He owns
the other four lots around yours .
