Subject: Elderberry Ridge- Retaining Wall Building Permits
Niki,
l'vfattaqhed the retaining wall Building Permit application, and the transmittal which accompanied the submittal on
July 18, 2017. I've also pasted below screenshots from the City's website, showing the "on hold" status of 3 structural
retaining wall permits—however, I believe their website appears out-of-date.
On a different note, I'm not sure who attended the pre-con outside of Khoi and Mike, but perhaps the City missed it if no
one from te Building Dept. was present.
Please let me know if I can be of any additional service.
Thanks.
