STATUTORY QUITCLAIM DEED
William Lyon Homes, Inc., a California corporation, as Grantor, releases and quitclaims to the
City of Tigard, an Oregon municipal corporation, as Grantee, all right,title and interest, if any, in and to
the following described real property arising out of or related to the Option Agreement (Area 3)
described in the Memorandum of Option(Area 3) recorded in the official records of Washington County,
Oregon on August 31,2015 as Document No.2015-074596(the"Memorandum of Option"):
Tract I, RIVER TERRACE EAST, in the City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the official records of Washington County,
Oregon on April 12, 2017 as Document No. 2017-029193.
The purpose and intent of this Statutory Quitclaim Deed is to release the above-described real
property from the encumbrance of the Memorandum of Option and the Option Agreement described
therein.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE
SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF ANY, UNDER ORS 195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305 TO
195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 11, CHAPTER 424, OREGON LAWS 2007, SECTIONS 2 TO 9 AND 17,
CHAPTER 855, OREGON LAWS 2009, AND SECTIONS 2 TO 7, CHAPTER 8, OREGON LAWS 2010. THIS
