Jean, on reviewing the applications for the above permits Engineering has found that in each case a water quality facility
must be shown per CWS Design Standards. Please add an appropriate water quality facility to the plans for these
permits and re-submit as a revision. Plan Review will proceed but the permits will not be issued until the water quality
issue is addressed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
