The site preparation work consisted of stripping of vegetation,topsoil,removal of roots,organic matter and other unsuitable soil and debris within the building footprint.The grading work involved removal of surficial soil within the building pad and was performed in general conformance with project requirements and current standard of the practice. Based on HGE's intermittent observations and soil probing with a'/z"steel rod during soil subgrade preparation,it is our opinion that the exposed soil consisting of native moist stiff silt is suitable for footing support.
