Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning will perform the following scope of work:
1. Provide and install new rooftop gaspack unit on existing curb. Use curb adapter
and clips.
Equipment Schedule
- RTU1-. Daikin DCG150-210-4V. 12.5-ton nominal, 2 stage, 10.8 eer/ 12.4 leer. 210,000
Btu gas, 80% TE 2 stage. 2 speed fan. 480/3/60. 31.8 MCA, 40 MOCP. 1749# includes
economizer, power exhaust and curb adapter.
Existing- Lennox GCS16-1603. 1328# unit and econo.
Mechanical General Notes:
1. Cooling equipment does not exceed the load of the calculated requirement. i

2. Provide programmable thermostat. 5 degree deadband minimum. 7 day. Microprocessor. Set
program for night energy savings.
3. Fan motor does not exceed allowable,first available above BHP.
4. Max leakage rate of OSA or exhaust dampers to be 4 cfm/sft @ 1.0 sp.
