Let:: say, on the condition that the owners create a 35 feet wide easement roadway, abandon the 40 ft. Recess, and use only accesses from off Canterbury Lane, and access how exsisting on the northerly part of the Hubbies piircel. The zone change not to take affect until:', respective owners have riven roadway easements to each other for said 35 ft. roadway, recorded same and notified you officially of so doing. Its a thought, who knows you may see th.im•s different by that time. I go along with you: this particular 40 ft. access at its prevent granted location can become very hazardous, in time.
