Hi Phil,
Thanks for the drawings, unfortunately you've done quite a bit of work in that building that was not recorded with us
properly. Offices 130& 140 are not reflected in our records at all and the plans we have on file marks the entire second
floor areas as "Unused Space". You'll need to bring three copies of an up to date set of plans for the entire first and
second floors with the current arrangement of floor-to-ceiling walls, as well as cubicle walls, denoted. The front desk
staff will assist you with the permitting process needed for those modifications.
That will allow us to bring our address records of the existing suites up to date. However, again, these suite numbers are
denoted for specific physical locations, not a PO Box system. I will not be able to assign suite numbers to the office
spaces you have marked as 170& 180 because they are separated only by cubicle walls and are not a true suites.

I hope we can get your records sync'd up with what has been in place for the 15+years since we were given
occupancy. No changes or modifications have been made to the physical space. I don't understand how we have always
had the existing suite#'s that are utilized by the post office but aren't seemingly in your system. Each office has a suite
#assigned.... We have mailboxes assigned to them, the post office delivers to them and they are recognized as valid
addresses in the postal system.
Suite#'s 100—160 and suite#'s 210-250 are approved and have been utilized for the entire time since construction
was completed and we were granted occupancy. Doesn't it seem reasonable to at least bring city records in line with
postal records?
I am requesting new Suite#'s 170& 180 for the area on the 15t floor where we have private cubicle offices, again no
construction or modifications were made to the physical space.
I've attached floor plans (not to scale, but it's what I have available) that give a physical location to each suite.

Hi Phil,
Our suite numbers correspond to the physical office spaces, rather than businesses or individuals. This is required in
order to meet building code requirements, attach permits and track improvements or changes to suites, etc. It's also
critical for Emergency Services as they need to be able to respond to the correct building, floor, and suite in the case of
an emergency.
For this reason we cannot add new suite numbers which do not correspond to physical locations, nor can we switch
suite numbers to follow when businesses or individuals move to a new floor, office, etc. Have any of your suite changes
included modifications to the physical space, such as walls, doors, etc?
If you're using these suite numbers simply for directing the building's incoming mail, I would suggest you create a new
system for organizing it such as having all mail sent to your mail room address and then sorted by name.

I was at your office yesterday and was given your contact information. I need to add/update our suite#'s for my
commercial building at 11650 SW 67th Avenue.
Our situation is a bit unique in that I do not assign suite#'s to a specific office or area in the building. Sometimes
tenants move from one office to another and some tenants have more than 1 office. It is styled after an executive
service office environment. What I was told yesterday of the suites assigned in your system does not coincide with what
we have been using at the Post Office, so there may be some updates you can make as well.
The Post Office has been delivering to the following suites for many years and each of them have an assigned mailbox:

From the list Phil sent us we do not have records of 150, 160, 230, 240 nor 250. So we'll need to collect the addressing
fee for those five in addition to any new ones he needs to add—keeping in mind we only want to address true separate
suites and not cubicles.
