This Engineering Field Directive is issued to Sage Built Homes, LLC for the single family
residence identified as the Timberline Mod plan, A elevation under construction on Lot 12 in the
Ash Creek development off SW 95"' avenue regarding an interior 2nd floor bearing wall.
The plans indicate that the interior 2nd floor wall between the hall and bedroom 2 and bedroom 3
is a load-bearing wall but does not call out the header over the door openings into the bedrooms.
This header should be a 4x8 DF #2. The 2nd floor joists below were designed to carry the load-
bearing wall.
