GEODES IGNk FIELD REPORT

GDI Project: Polygon-129-03 Prepared By: Bret Moskal
Project Name: River Terrace East Date: 3/22/18
Location: SW Scholls Ferry&Roy Rogers, Bvrtn. Report#: 216
Arrival: 1040 Departure: 1100
Weather: Overcast, 40's Permit#: TBD
........................
Site Visit Requested By: Ken (Polygon) Met With (on site): Ken (on phone)
Purpose: Observe lot 90 subgrade
Outstanding Issues: Proof roll road and curb base rock and repair as needed before paving
FR-58 (12/06) Decommission temporary storm and sewer lines through Tract E
FR-177 soft fill from slope cut in lots 153, 154 and 155
FR-214 (03/20/18) Low density backfill for lot 200
Upon arrival, I observed earthwork crew had prepared lot subgrade for lot 90 and placed approx. 2"to 6"of
compacted crushed rock on the surface. Using a Y2"diameter steel foundation rod I probed the subgrade through
the compacted aggerate base. Probing resistance indicated stiff subgrade. I observed the aggerate base to appear
well-keyed and firm underfoot.
Based on our observations and probing, it is our opinion that subgrade areas for lot 90 indicated, where observed
today and indicated on attached site plan, been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical
recommendations.
