Please check in at the reception desk in the Permit Center, and the planner on duty will first review your plans. Once they are complete,we will begin building plan review. Please be sure to complete and email the address form to Oscar Contreras in our PW engineering division to assign the new suite number 102 before the OTC appointment. We will collect the new suite address fee of$50.00 with the building permit at the OTC appointment. I have also copied our Permit Coordinator,Albert Shields, on this email to be prepared to calculate any parks and transportation SDC fees for this new tenant.
