FIELD REPORT Page l of-i GDI Project: Polygon-129-03 Prepared By: Kaden Kinser Project Name: River Terrace East Date: 10/31/17 Location: SW Scholls Ferry&SW Roy Rogers, Report#: 176 Beaverton Arrival: 1415 Departure: 1445 Weather: Clear, 60's Permit#: TBD Site Visit Requested By: Tom (Polygon) Met With (on site): Tom Purpose: Observe Footing Subgrade Lots 201-207 Outstanding Issues: Proof roil road and curb base rock and repair as needed before paving FR-58 (12/06) Decommission temporary storm and sewer lines through Tract E FR-163 Deflection in roadway Suborade Upon my arrival I was directed to observe building subgrade for lots 201-207. I observed the subgrade for lots 205, 206 and 207 consist of brown silt while I observed the subgrade of lots 201, 202, 203 and 204 consist of brown subgrade with a 1-2"top layer of%"-0 crushed rock. I used a%z"foundation probe to test the relative density of the subgrade. Upon probing the subgrade appeared to be stiff(1-3"of penetration). Based on observations and probing it is our opinion that the subgrade observed today has been prepared in general accordance with our geotechnical recommendations.
