To date, all permit and SDC fees have been paid on everything submitted so far. For future submittals, on the building permit applications, please note "demo credits to be applied" on the permit application under the description of work so that we can apply these demo credits to (2) individual lots. Once the demolition permits have passed final inspections, the demo credits can be applied towards the lots of your choice. Please let us know when all of the above has been completed. Thank you.
