Thank you for letting us know which permits to apply demo credits to. We will apply demo credits from permits
BUP2017-00095 and BUP2017-00096 to these permits once plan review has been completed. The sewer connection fee
will not be credited for both permits, but all other SDC fees will. We will let you know when MST2018-00062 and
MST2018-00063 are ready to issue.

I see that the demo permits (BUP2017-00095 and BUP2017-00096) have both been finaled.
To date, all permit and SDC fees have been paid on everything submitted so far. For future submittals, on the building
permit applications, please note "demo credits to be applied" on the permit application under the description of work so
that we can apply these demo credits to (2) individual lots.

Hello Juls,
Here are the demo permits that I have on this subdivision:
• BUP2017-00095—14920 SW 133rd Ave—Current Status= Issued
• BUP2017-00096—14980 SW 1331d Ave—Current Status= Issued
Here is the process for demolition permits:
• Prior to any demolition work:
o Tree protection measures must be in place, if applicable.
o An initial erosion control inspection must be scheduled and passed.
• Prior to scheduling final building inspection:

o A pump/fill receipt must be provided for the septic system.
o A final erosion control inspection must be scheduled and passed.
Once the demolition permits have passed final inspections,the demo credits can be applied towards the lots of your
choice.
Please let us know when all of the above has been completed.
