• Reviewing background material on the downtown(past efforts,visioning document, etc)
• Reviewing recommended traffic improvements related to Rail,based on Traffic Impact
Study
• Gus Duenas explained the CIP process
3. Status of long-term projects:
• Met first charge from Council by completing Recommendations document(March)
• Background report topics begin to address second charge from Council (develop a
revitalization plan). One topic will be addressed at each meeting.
4. Number of volunteer hours contributed this month(noted number of volunteers and total
hours).
10 volunteers at 1.75 hours= 17.5 hours
