2. Current activities (summarize):
• Reviewing background material on the downtown(past efforts, visioning document, etc)
• Reviewed Comprehensive Plan portions for Downtown and Zoning Code for CBD
• Current Planner Matt Scheidegger explained the CBD zoning standards and regulations
3. Status of long-term projects:
• Met first charge from Council by completing Recommendations document (March)
• Background report topics begin to address second charge from Council(develop a
revitalization plan). One topic will be addressed at each meeting.
4. Number of volunteer hours contributed this month(noted number of volunteers and total
hours).
10 volunteers at 2 hours=20 hours
