Recorder will conduct roll call. 7:02 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes: December 12, 2016 Motions to approve minutes for December 12, 2016. 7:05 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:15 p.m. 4. Discussion Items from Previous Meetings Continuation of any discussion items from previous meetings? 7:20 p.m. 5. PRAB Chair and Vice Chair Elections The PRAB will nominate and vote on members for Chair and Vice Chair. 7:35 p.m. 6. PRAB Goals PRAB will set priorities for the coming year. 7:50 p.m. 7. Discussion of Recreation Opportunities The PRAB will discuss potential opportunities with other jurisdictions and Fanno Creek House use. 8:15 p.m. 8. Parks and Recreation Updates Updates from Parks Supervisor Martin McKnight and Recreation Coordinator Anthony Markey 8:30 p.m. 9. PRAB Priorities and Recommendations for Projects Downtown The PRAB will discuss ideas for park bond expenditures downtown. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 9:00 p.m. 13.
