A � Tigard Library Hosts 2018 Park Reservations Together at the Table Will Open on Jan. 2 Program on MLK Day Park shelter reservations will be accepted To celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, starting on Jan. 2. Host your company the Tigard Public Library will host the picnic, wedding or family reunion in Together at the Table program on Tigard's wonderful parks. Residents Make Leaf Disposal and Food Drive a Success In 2017, Public Works collected more leaves and more donations than ever before. City Council Recap for December The City Council heard a staff report from the Levy and Bond Advisory Task Force. The task force recommended the council refer a local option levy to voters in May 2018. The council also held a public hearing and adopted an ordinance on the second phase of the Tigard Triangle Lean Code, which will accelerate pedestrian-friendly development in the Triangle area.
