Thanks Dianna,that's a good point... I just checked the approved plans,and they are very similar(almost the same
scope)as to what Yecuris wants to do now, so I guess this is more of a modification to the old permit. Can I take the
Tuesday 12/12 appointment at 10am, and come in and submit this as a revision then?... I think we should meet,and I
can explain where Yecuris is at now,and we can determine the best course of action for permitting that works best for
you guys.

Hello Ryan,
I am curious why you want a new building permit when there is one already issued for this space for this tenant? The
description of BUP2016-00161 reads "TI for existing tenant: Interior demo and new office interior partition walls,
finishes, doors". The permit was issued on 5/31/2016, but if any work has been done, no inspections have ever been
scheduled to check the work.
Is the new TI permit for a different scope of work? Can you please describe the work?
Our next available OTC appointments are:
• Tuesday, December 12th at 10:00 am
• Wednesday, December 13th at 10:00 am
• Thursday, December 14th at 10:00 am
Please provide the information about the previous permit BUP2016-00161 and the scope of work for this OTC, and what
