Hello Haley and Zac,
The building permit and site work permit for Starbucks located at 11701 SW Pacific Hwy are ready to issue. I am
notifying you both because each of these permits were applied for separately; however, our plans examiner combined
the site work permit plans with the building permit plans and approved them this way. This means that we will need to
have someone pick up all of the plans together at the same time. The fees for each permit have already been paid, but
we are missing contractor information,which is needed prior to permit issuance. Upon permit issuance, we have (3)
separate site copy plans to pick up for inspections: (1) rolled approved set of plans for the building permit and site work
permit, (1) approved set of building permit revisions, and (1) approved set of 11"x 17" site work plans. The plans can be
picked up between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays.
Zac, after reviewing the site work permit, I was trying to determine if the erosion control fee was necessary considering
the scope of work appears to be mostly limited to parking modifications. Can you confirm the square footage of the soil
that will be disturbed?
