BULLETIN
Date: November 22,2017 Number:CT-38 Project#: 15238
Project Name: River Terrace SF Attached: None
Subject: Lots 203,205,206(Raised Concrete Stem Wall Height)
Drawings Affected:
Description/Action:
This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the 'River
Terrace SF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
As discussed with Polygon, it's our understanding that for Lots 203, 205 &206, the concrete stem
wall height at certain locations has been raised 9-1/2"+/-to accommodate an 8' garage door. We
have been told that#4 vertical bars were drilled and epoxied c@ 18"o.c. into the existing concrete
stem wall with a 4"embedment and that one#4 horizontal bar was placed at the top of the new stem
wall. Based on our review of the plans, this is an acceptable procedure for raising the concrete stem
wall height.
