Ferry Apartments—Building 4 in accordance with Section 1710 of the 2012 International Building Code.
We have reviewed the Special Inspection reports in addition to the Final Summary Letter dated July 31,
2017 by ACS Testing, Inc.To the best of our knowledge,the construction of the structural portions of this
building is in conformance with the approved construction documents and there are no outstanding
structural items to complete.
