Purpose: I Observe footing subgrade for lots73, 74 and 75
Outstanding Issues: None
Upon my arrival,Toby indicated that the subgrade for the footings of the structures located in lots 73, 74 and 75
had not yet been observed.At the time of my visit, a skiff(<1/2")of crushed rock had been placed over all footing
surfaces Using a'A"steel foundation probe, I probed the footing areas within the above mentioned lots, and found
the subgrade to be stiff to very stiff where probed. Subgrade consisted of native light brown silts.
Based on our observations, the footing subgrade observed today was prepared in general accordance with site
plans,and our geotechnical recommendations.
