I understand that you were concerned about the cost for the Clean Water Services sewer connection fee of$5,500.00. I wanted to let you know that the City of Tigard has approval from Clean Water Services to offer a sewer connection loan through the City of Tigard as an option to pay the $5,500.00 connection fee. If you are interested in obtaining a loan for the payment of the sewer connection fee, please contact Liz Lutz in our Finance Department at 503-718-2487 or by email at Lizbeth@tigard-or.gov. Liz is out on vacation this week and will return next Monday.
