BULLETIN
Date: August 28,2017 Number:CT-08 Project#: 16043
Project Name: River Terrace MF` Attached: None
Subject: Lots 171 & 174—Simpson Strong-Wall foundations
Drawings Affected:
Description/Action: •
This bulletin provides response to RFI, design clarifications and/or variation requests for the`River
Terrace MF' project located in Tigard, Oregon.
Based on our review of the plans and the construction photographs provided by Polygon, it's our
recommendation that the cracked concrete stem walls for the Simpson Strong-Walls be epoxy
injected to provide proper concrete cover for the anchor rods.
No fix/repair is required for the anchor rod connections to the concrete footing as, per the
information we received from Polygon, it's our understanding that the anchor rods have proper
embedment&concrete cover into the footings.
