The facility is located at 6996-7000 SW Varns Street in Tigard, Oregon. For ease of reference, all original comments have been provided; responses are typed in blue and are included below each specific item. Revisions to the drawings have been clouded and are denoted by a delta 1. COMMENTS: PLANNING (Review completed by:Dan Nelson,Senior Plans Examiner) 1) Review door schedule and revise fire ratings. • Door schedule reviewed. Per comments 3 and 6, exit stair doors and doors to exit passageways required to be 1-hour fire rated, and the door to storage beneath stairwell, have been revised to 60-minute doors. See revised door schedule sheet A4.00. 2) Please show one hour construction for storage under stairs. • Code P/an, Floor Plan, and Reflected Ceiling Plan revised.
