18.798.030 Exemptions
A. The following uses and activities shall be exempt from these regulations:
1. Existing towers and antennas and any repair,reconstruction or maintenance of these facilities which do not create a
significant change in visual impact;
2. Ham radio towers,citizen band transmitters and antennas;
3. Microwave dishes;
4. Antennas and equipment and other apparatus completely located within an existing structure whose purpose is to
enhance orfacilitate communication function of other structures on the site.

Hello,
AT&T is proposing modifications to the existing cell tower at 16295 SW 85th Ave.,Tigard, OR 97224. There will be no
increase in the tower height or building footprint. I previously confirmed that planning would review the project when I
submit the building permit application, and that a separate planning review would not be required. We now have
drawings (attached),this is to confirm that I can proceed with submitting the building permit application.
