Jeff, in reviewing your plans and applications for the above permits Engineering has noted that the area of disturbance is
great enough to require a water quality LIDA,which in turn requires a PFI permit which in turn means that meeting
Conditions#7 and 8 in the underlying Land Use Case,CUP2013-00001, becomes required. Please note that I have
highlighted them on the attached list of Conditions. I have also highlighted Condition#1 because I cannot confirm at this
time that it has been Met. Accordingly, I will code these applications Approved but Not Released and will put them on
Hold until the requisite conditions have been Met. Meanwhile, Plan Review will continue. Please let me know if you
have any questions.

Good morning All.
Included is the initial tree protection monitoring report for Dirksen Nature Park—Boardwalk and Overlook
Improvements. This is required prior to issuing building permits for the sitework and boardwalk installation.
Let me know what I can do to help,we are ready to move forward on this project.
Thank you all.

Thanks Albert.
Condition 1 cannot be met until the contractor installs tree protection measures which will happen after we sign them
to a contract and have the project arborist submit the initial report stating the fencing has been installed. We will do
this work prior to issuance of the permit.
This phase of the development creates 366 square feet of impervious area in the Oak savanna restoration area. I don't
understand how this requires a LIDA or a PFI. I see Al's name on here so I guess I will talk to him or Khoi about it.
I appreciate your attention to this project.
