June 3,1992
1. meeting called to order at 7:09 p.m.
2. Present: Porter, Bishop, Garner, Helm, Mortensen
Excused: Froude, Hansen.
3. Minutes from May 6, 1992 were discussed and approved.
4. Letter from Randy Wooley regarding Bull Mountain Summit Estates was noted.
5. Documcntation from NPO #7 and Matt Marcott pertaining to the new Community
Commercial Zone reviewed.
MOTION - It was moved and seconded to continue our support of a 25,000 square
foot limit for grocery stores in this zone.
Discussion of ORS.190. We request that this item be. put on our. Jul agenda so that

we have more time to study the paperwork.
7. Other business-
a. Aublic hearing is scheduled on 6-22-92 before the Planning Commission for the

Qnaector Development planned for 121 Ave. and Gaarde St.
b. The Tigard City Council will hear comment on the Anderson Property at the July
meeting.
Bev Froude is informing cuncerned nuighbvrs.
c. Mrs. Ellen Bechtold came to the meeting to express concern that she was not
being informed about development plans for the Quaestor property, which is adjacent
to hers. We encouraged her to maintain contact with the city staff. She will
attend the Planning Commission hearing on 6-22-92.
